The architects have taken the signature building materials of Northbridge – the face brickwork, off-form concrete, metal sheeting and exposed structural steel – and incorporated the latest technology and sustainable design initiatives. This is a building that is both of its time and of its area.

The design and construction of Lake + Stuart is shaped by four key considerations: liveable spaces, sustainability, practical technology and community. By balancing these diverse considerations, we are able to create a building that not only enriches the lives of its residents, but enhances the broader community too.
Design Principles
The lower levels offer 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, while the Terrace and Penthouse Levels has 3 bedroom penthouses. A central atrium, and terrace planting throughout, link all four floors and create a secret green oasis for residents.
The Apartments
The third floor terrace level will comprise of just three spacious apartments, each featuring three bedrooms with accompanying ensuite, a large wrap-around balcony with city views, a chef’s kitchen, a wealth of storage space and surrounding native planters.
Sitting atop Lake + Stuart is the fourth floor penthouse level, which features captivating city and park aspects and three apartments as per the Terrace level.
